  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • All items are quality-checked and carefully packaged before shipping.

2. Delivery Time

  • United States (Mainland): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 6–12 business days

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, weather, etc.). We appreciate your patience.

We offer worldwide shipping, including but not limited to:

  • United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand

  • Select countries in Asia and South America

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you by email before shipment.

  • DHL / YunExpress / SF Express (for international shipments)

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • For customers outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  • These fees are not covered by Sunday Nook and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Sunday Nook is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address input.
